This is the Scream 7 situation all over again. Attacking people for being excited about something they’re passionate about does nothing but turn people against your cause. You can agree or disagree with J. K. Rowling’s views, that’s your right but she’s going to be rich and famous regardless if the HBO show fails or not (it won’t). These kids, as well as all the hard working people behind the scenes deserve the success and so much more. They are literally dedicating their lives to creating something special and who are we to rob them of their moment? The Harry Potter HBO show boycott has already failed and these so-called “activists” have no idea what they’re doing. I seriously cannot wait for this show to be a runaway success.

I AM empathetic towards others but I have my own battles to fight and also, I can disagree with the targets if I want to. That's the cool thing about the freedoms we are allowed.

I got enough to fight for on my own plate. I'm respectful, I haven't said anything hateful, if you don't want to consider me an ally, that's fine. Unlike you, I don't need people to fight for me and I can deal with people being hateful and intolerant of me.
Secondly, I aged out of Harry Potter and haven't even watch one of the original movies for more than MAYBE 15 minutes.
I think it's weird that you have a vision of someone in your mind that is just sitting at a desk with a checkbook thinking about ways of harming people like some kind of comic book super villain. That's crazy.

That's their life, so what? It literally has zero to do with anything. Let's be fair about all of this. Trans people need the support of others to be effective in this because the percentage of trans people is an exceptionally low percentage of the rest of the population.
So when one of your kind goes out and attacked people for playing the Harry Potter video game on stream, I found that distasteful.

@AyakaMods At the same time, Nexus Mods owns the platform. They don't have to have everyone on there if they don't want. They can decide who they allow it isn't exactly automatic. If they want to draw a line, they can because it's their site and they pay for it.

Nexus staff removed every direct Patreon link mention as they asked. Then Nexus just nuked mods everything because his Twitter links to a Carrd, which links to Patreon.
They are now saying even indirect links through your own Twitter count as a violation of their donation rules.
This is actually odd. Nexus doesn’t own your personal Twitter or what you put in your own bio/links.

If the United States was responsible for slavery that would be one thing but the entire world had it's part including Africa itself. As a matter of face the black slave trade was started by Africa themselves.
They don't teach us about African history before colonization. The Kings of Africa fought each other, commonly selling their captured enemies into slavery.
It's important that the world understands and learns about the history of Africa before Europe came. It explains a lot and put many issues to bed.
