Long story short, Agra Exide Customer Support Closed the Doorstep Battery Replacement BATMOBILE SERVICE request without my consent. They denied the request. @ExideCare I can name the support agents. Battery is Dead and under warranty. Case Number: 02883720

@ExideCare Please initiate a battery replacement request. I previously paid ₹300 for a warranty-covered battery to be charged, but it remains non-functional. The service team in Agra told to visit store. Could you clarify if doorstep battery replacement services are not offered?

The battery is on charging for more than 36 hours, and its still white. The gravity test also give reading of 1.150. Please initiate the replacement @ExideCare

@ExideCare Not expected from the Exide company, faced many delays, repeated calls, and rude behaviour from the exide service staff. They even asked me for a third party Paid Jump start when it was their job to provide the doorstep service. @ExideCare

@ExideCare its been less than a year and the battery stopped working. I'm not getting doorstep replacement support from the EXIDE BATMOBILE DOORSTEP SERVICE. Here is the screenshot of the e-warranty card. The support agent even closed the ticket without my consent.

@ExideCare Request 02776497 marked as closed without proper resolution. I didn't share the satisfaction code. The support agents have the guts to close the request without my permission. I have the E-Warranty registered card, the agents repeatedly asking for Invoice as the proof

If it is resolved then please share the replacement tracking number and ticket. Got a call, again assured of the replacement and then nothing. That's how you resolve the complaints? @IGPcom @taruns11 I will post a reddit thread regarding this issue.

No Resolution! Yes I got the call from an agent and she again assured me of the exchange, but as usual no message, no notification, and no guy appeared for the replacement. I am really fed up with your service. Give me a full refund if you really wanna fix this.

WHAT A SHAME! Yesterday, I received a call from the @IGPcom social media manager. She confirmed the exchange of the acrylic frame, which was scheduled for this morning. However, I have not received any updates via the app, WhatsApp, or text message. NEVER NEVER order from IGP 😡

NEVER NEVER NEVER order any personalized gift from @IGPcom. I received a personalized calendar from @IGPcom, and I'm beyond disappointed. 😠 It arrived BARE OPEN, no wrap or box, allowing the delivery guy to see my personal photos. This is a huge privacy concern! #PrivacyMatters
