I’ve been thinking about journaling, but I wonder how that would work for someone with Parkinson’s thoughts @Clintus I was thinking about a daily personal podcast that was just journaling.

It’s been a couple of months since my chronic balance disorder came back. It was a good run but last night I had another attack and I’m down for the count again. hopefully I can get in for some treatment today.
