All these things are great, but America wants pedophiles in jail. What happened to transparency? What happened to promises? The most grotesque crimes involving our government are not even being talked about by your office anymore. Americans are fed up. When will we see justice for the victims of the Epstein Island?

Hard work by our DOJ Office of International Affairs and @USMarshalsHQ, in partnership with ICE and HSI, led to today’s extradition of Eswin Mejia into U.S. custody. Mejia will now face justice for the 2016 tragic death of 21-year-old Sarah Root who was killed from vehicular homicide. He should have never been in the United States—but will answer for his crime.
