@Peyton_hoops Peyton George (2027) made the most of his opportunity on the 3SSB stage with TJ Ford Elite, showcasing why he’s one of the better defensive guards in the 2027 class. The 6’4”, 175-pound Strake Jesuit standout embraced the challenge of guarding the opposing team’s best player every game and consistently delivered. I watched him firsthand, and his lockdown defense, physicality, and relentless effort stood out throughout the weekend. George used his size, length, and high motor to force tough shots, disrupt passing lanes, and make every possession difficult. While his defensive presence was the biggest takeaway, he also contributed offensively by knocking down shots, rebounding, and making smart plays within the flow of the game. His performance at 3SSB proved he can impact winning without needing the ball in his hands, making him a valuable two-way guard that college coaches should continue to monitor.

All of my 6’6 and 6’7 players that have to play Big Man in the high school. I understand you do not want to play big man but get the big man fundamental now and then prove that you’re capable of being able to shoot three’s, dribble and do everything that you wanna do, but you have to show the coach and recruiter that you can play at your size look at @IsaiahS1515

6’3 and under guards you have to be able to play point guard to be this height and to not be able to handle the ball and play 94 feet unless you have a 45 inch vertical and shooting like Stephen Curry you will not get recruited

6’5+ Athletic Players you need to get your fundamentals down before you start doing high level moves and finish I personally talk to a few college coaches and they want to see your athleticism your defense your versatility they don’t want to see a step back three that you don’t work on and you airball that’s how you don’t give an offer work on that this summer get a fundamentals now and show what your good at so you can get a offer
