@ValkyrieVtuber I try to watch, but sometimes streams are at times when I can't actually engage, or they're playing a game that I don't want to spoil. So I'll open the stream and mute the tab. I don't do the "six streams at once" though. Even if I'm not fully watching I try to only watch one.

This may be a hot take but With the "lurker wipe" going on with Twitch I feel like its fair to bring up how people will watch 6 of their friend's streams at the same time to show support. I know people mean well and I appreciate the effort when showing support but it also made me kinda bummed when people would say they are tabbed into 6 streams. It means they weren't actually watching my stream or the other 5 streams. I dont mind lurkers but I feel like its better to support your friends by engaging with their stream and talking. It encourages the rest of chat to talk too. I just feel like the "im tabbed into all my friends' streams but not paying attention to them" is the stream equivalent to "Thoughts and Prayers". And this is coming from a second monitor streamer like myself.

@ValkyrieVtuber Actual answer: any sleep is better than none, but you may not feel rested if you don't get at least 1.5-3 hours. Less than that risks interrupting a REM cycle and leaving you feeling tired (even if overall it's better for you)

So at what point do you just give up trying to sleep and just get up. Asking for a friend. The friend can hear the birds chirping.
