And makes since. Why would an individual not under the law be entitled to the same provisions? Simple. They shouldn’t.

Every time that Trump ignores a court order is another nail in his judicial coffin. Sadly, I fear it will be too late for so many people once this hammer finally falls.

But the language of the constitution is worded in a way that as long as they are on US soil they are required to be given due process. Also,without due process. There’s no regulation/oversight to prevent unlawful deportations of U.S. citizens
