Thank you all for the love and support! This hamstring injury has really challenged me these last two weeks. Despite that, I made it to the 200m final, and I will fight to make this team and win the US a gold medal at Worlds.

The best thing anyone can do for themselves is become a master of action. The lack of taking action is one of the greatest downfalls of so many people. Once you master this skill and add consistency to it you'll be unstoppable.
