This #RWC2021, more than any other in recent times, has really looked to and celebrated the past; to the foundations of women’s rugby, to the trailblazers. @Waterloonumber8 played in the first World Cup, won the second, then taught @hollyaitchison_ (pictured) in high school. ❤️

This weeks @TheTryHardsPod was an interesting one for me. Talking about the prep needed for a World Cup final when you’ve been involved in the past 4, is slightly strange! Let us know what you think 😊
