People in southern Russia are reporting a surge in unusually aggressive Hyalomma ticks, which reportedly actively chase hosts instead of simply waiting in grass like ordinary forest ticks. Russian media say the large ticks have become particularly active across regions including Rostov, Krasnodar, Stavropol, Astrakhan and Kalmykia. The main concern is that Hyalomma ticks can carry Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, a potentially deadly disease with a high fatality rate if untreated. Some reports also claim the ticks are far less responsive to standard repellents than ordinary species.

In 2 seconds: • Exact replacement part • Direct phone number • Cost: $300 Installation? 2 screws. 10 minutes. I’ll do it myself. Same thing happened with my pool heater: Repair guy quoted $2,000. I bought the part directly and fixed it myself for under $200. The problem isn’t the trades. It’s that information asymmetry is gone — and some businesses haven’t realized it yet.

@artofparagon I agree with you 100%, just to what extent. If it’s forced segregation, that can have a ripple effect as well. Whites Asians and Hispanics largely already do this IE: the suburbs and establishing predominant communities. Inner cities seem to just have missed the station.

Agreed, but I also believe that decent ethnocentric communities can self-regulate without “governmental” laws that restrict justice, IMO. Take what’s been brought to light in recent cases like COVID or Epstein: Fauci would’ve been dealt with along with Epstein’s clientele if there weren’t current legislative restrictions punishing vigilante justice.
