Iran relied on financial empire of Gulf heavily to do financial transactions, to buy parts from different regions to assemble them back in Iran.
If Gulf rulers decide to take revenge, they could sufficate Iran’s already collapsed economy. They have enormous leverage post war.
I don’t think Iran will be able to repair relationship with the Gulf in near future except maybe if it’s transformed to a different form of government
