As an American-based company, we’ve facilitated over $6,000 in payments to global talent within 6 months, proving reliability, trust, and repeat demand. We represent skilled digital service providers, Designers, Developers, Writers, Editors, Community Managers, Automation Specialists, Virtual Assistants, and more. As the COO of @theweb3family, an American-based company, we are committed to establishing a trusted bridge between talent across emerging markets and founders, startups, and businesses in the diaspora seeking reliable, professional, and vetted support. Why We Operate This Network The global freelance workforce is growing, yet the disconnect between founders and service providers remains one of the largest barriers to progress. From the freelancer’s perspective: Opportunities rarely reach them directly Conversations lack structure Trust becomes the determining factor, not talent Payment risks discourage participation From the founder’s perspective: It’s difficult to verify skill Communication and reliability vary The risk of onboarding is high The time spent screening outweighs the benefit Our role is to eliminate that friction. In the last 6 months, our network has facilitated over $6,000 in sales to talent within our ecosystem, and we are expanding capacity to support more providers and more companies. Eligibility to Join the Talent Network To be added to our talent pool, candidates must: Demonstrate a proven skill Provide a verifiable portfolio or proof of work Maintain prompt communication and professionalism Operate with integrity and respect for deadlines Joining the network is completely free. For applicants who do not yet meet criteria, a counsel call may be recommended to provide guidance on positioning, expectations, and client-facing standards. How to Engage 🔹 Freelancers / Service Providers: Send “TALENT” via DM or comment 🔹 Founders / Companies / Hiring Managers: Send “HIRE” via DM or comment.

Day 2/180: A slow burn. Exams dominated, low energy. Checked one client's inbox, but the streak isn't broken. Big exam tomorrow AM (8-11), then getting ahead on some tasks. No papers on Thurs/Fri, so momentum builds soon. #BuildInPublic #Hustle #dayinthelife

Day 1 of 180: Scaling my outreach and booking calls. 📈 The goal isn't just "replies", it's qualified calls and real connections. Here’s the raw breakdown of my numbers from today and the pivot I’m making for next week. 👇🧵

The Reality Check Tomorrow’s going to be a grind. Between engineering exams and a booked call, the schedule is tight. I’ll be head down, but I’ll keep the updates coming. See you for Day 2. ✌️

The Pivot Restructuring the strategy: Current: High volume cold outreach. New: 25 daily cold DMs + a slower, high-intent approach starting next week. Testing for better conversion rates, not just a higher "sent" count. Focus on the end goal. 🎯

@TheUpWill Hilarious. I myself am tired at 10pm, but I think I’m recovering from a lack of a busy week last week. I’m in hunt mode looking for the next person to help.

I’ve realized something: X isn’t where I close deals. It’s where I build proof. LinkedIn is where the money conversations happen. X is where I document the journey that earns attention. So I’m shifting: X = daily execution, lessons, real-time growth.

@alex_momeni Facts. It's about monitoring the metrics and testing to find the best approach. Does your site come with visit rates and stay rate?

If you treat landing pages like a one-time project You’ll get one-time results. The brands scaling past $1M/month treat CRO like they treat ads: → Test monthly → Track results → Iterate, repeat

@kcinimoDM AI isn’t the advantage, how you use it is. Used right, it becomes an amplifier. Curious how fast are you delivering a 3-page site with AI handling parts of the process vs doing everything manually?

Complex product designs are getting easier. Not because I'm getting faster at pixel-pushing. Because AI handles the parts that used to drain hours. Here's what changed: Before: Designing 5 homepage variations meant rebuilding layouts manually. 3-4 hours of execution just to see options. Now: AI generates variations in 10 minutes. I spend those 3-4 hours on strategy instead. Before: Client wants to test a different navigation approach? Rebuild components, adjust spacing, update every affected screen. Now: Test the concept with AI, validate the direction, then build it properly once. The shift isn't about AI doing design. It's about AI compressing the time between idea and visual. That faster feedback loop means: - More exploration before committing - Better decisions with less guesswork - Energy preserved for problems that need human judgment 30-screen projects used to feel overwhelming because of volume. Now they feel manageable because the repetitive work is automated. Same quality output. Half the exhaustion.

One thing these past few months have made very clear: Even the smartest ideas mean almost nothing without execution. Consistency beats brilliance more often than people admit. The ones who win aren’t always the most creative they’re the ones who keep showing up. Stay consistent.

@_mtchy_ Most of these factors aren't tied to your efforts, what most founders I know try to do is minimize every expectation and plan everything in a static manner. Create a acceptance - rejection rate (1:9 preferably) that way rejection is seen as a phase and it doesn't hurt as much

@Coachbenjamin_ In a weird way, you averaged about $300/month. Most current outcomes are gotten from the previous efforts, and future outcomes would be as a result of your present effort.

@pmitu The infinite cycle of X influencers. These might bring follower growth but definitely reduce your reputability in the long run. What's the point of having a personal brand, if it can't become monetised.
