Last year, Dazz made a proof of concept for a video game footage archive. You can view the concept in the replies below. Recordings are 1x resolution of console output. Can be nearest-neighbor integer scaled. Users can upscale infinitely with no loss of detail.

Hey @TeamYouTube , your automated system banned this channel for absolutely no reason. Appealed and denied, for no reason. This is completely unacceptable, and a slap in the face of all creators. Claiming this is irreversible is deeply concerning too, and simply cannot be true.
