this summer felt unusually long this year. leaves are turning, night is cooling, semi are almost gone. maybe I enjoy the transition more than a particular season. anyhow, it feels nice to have refreshing air to think of new ideas.

@FozzTexx All of my housings are EXTREMELY brittle!! Glad you got it sorted - relieved to know someone else has experienced the trials and come out with a fully working board (more than I have at the moment)! If you ever need some parts, I have some extra housing/sliders - let me know.

@TheVanKeyboards After I did a couple of the keys I was getting pretty good at pulling them and taking them apart. But I only had to pull 7 keys. I only cracked the plastic on one. If I was doing them all I would probably go crazy!

Why don't the people designing key switches ever think about the guy that's going to be trying to repair them? A few of the Alps keys on this II+ keyboard aren't working and I need to pull them out. Not easy.
