Yday we had a meeting with Demi & my old school to plan the team programme with a group of children & teachers! The teacher said, 'Demi always knew how to help those who were struggling. I think she will be amazing with one of our girls'. We canNOT wait to make a difference 🙌!

WOW what a day. We are so grateful for the overwhelming response that we received from the launch. Over 100 people attended & the feedback was incredible. The day centered around care experienced young people amplifying their voices to instigate change. Let's do this! #TheVision
