@AntonEmmanuel2 @HelenBevan @S_Amani I absolutely agree. After having spent years in DEI work it’s absolutely the belonging piece that changes retention. Especially during the pandemic, that was made ever more pronounced when priorities shifted and people left or didn’t come back.
