@KeturahAbigail @EllenDuden94266 @Amm_gordillo Really? Almost all of the threads I've seen on this are about composition, design and style of different children's books. But I also tend to ignore the discussions that devolve into mudslinging.

@Amm_gordillo @KeturahAbigail To be fair, Megha described Very Hungry Caterpillar as "evil," not just ugly. She also wrote: "The fact that this is ever put in front of a child is a violence to them." IMO if you're going to use hyperbolic language, you can't get too upset if it is thrown back at you.

@KeturahAbigail All the people criticizing her cannot separate their personal opinions about their childhood from an objective critique. “She said my book is ugly so she must be eviiillll”. They take it way too personal.

@FRXianHumanist @jakozloski Most couples I know met in college. Young women are happy to build with young men who demonstrate discipline and focus. Once they hit late 20s though, they expect men to have a more concrete career.

A couple who built together has a different bond than a couple who met at the finish line. Don't wait until Series B, fellas.

@E_Tier_Jobber Everyone in this picture will attend expensive private colleges, join sororities/fraternities, study abroad in Europe, marry the person they date in college, and have 2-3 kids in the suburbs. These girls were born into wealth and will not be marrying old men for money.

These young niggas have cucked a bunch of old coping redpillers and that’s why there is so much vitriol directed towards them on here. Sorry baldy, the low DHT mogger baby-face gets the girl in her prime

@DukeHerndon The stark physical difference between young men and young women of the same age is severely understated. Relationships with significant age gaps are very obviously biologically advantageous.

@LilJonAdams @PunishedGeo All else being equal, pretty young women will choose the handsome young man every time. Most young women are not interested in settling for an old man just because he has money, no matter how well he has aged.

@PunishedGeo it is an interesting point that women value-peak early, while those boys, handsome as they may be, have essentially no value For example, the big booty purple dress could probably wife up into a 7 figures household. But the young buck has to go grind for 20 yrs to see 2 commas

@holyhomemaking Question for you, why do men have ownership over their names, but women's names belong to their fathers? If a woman changes her name isn't she changing her name to her father-in-law's?

more controversial but also: why wouldnt you take your husband's last name? women were acting like hyphenating is feminist or whatever but if's literally your husband's or your father's name that is being passed down. two mens' names. get over it!!

@megha_lilly Depends what age demo you ask. Millennial women were all about being whimsical. We even have a meme for it.

Imagine asking your man "Do you think I'm traditionally, classically beautiful?" And he replies "No, dear, you look whimsical" 💀

The next woman who praises Eric Carle's art, I'm going to call her "whimsical looking" and suddenly it will be revealed that she was a supporter of classical standards in art after all when she is offended 😂

@skertkit @RenContessa @Lee_Devious I'm not sure how many times this needs to be explained to you, but innate biological preferences do not change just because the economic landscape has.

@RenContessa @TheWilderNet @Lee_Devious Concentrate now: egalitarianism belies women’s true preferences. It’s just an assumption that our current culture reveals women’s true desires. E.g. Modern tech will likely produce a male preference for sex dolls in the future over women… this isn’t our true preference though.

@skertkit @RenContessa @Lee_Devious It doesn't matter how women are financially independent. When women don't need to marry for financial security, they choose men who are their own age. If women were biologically inclined to choose older men, they would still do so even if they didn't have to.

@TheWilderNet @RenContessa @Lee_Devious That “restriction” represents the way reality actually is without artificial imposition. It isn’t a restriction at all. It represents the way the world is. Women hold 80% of the credit card debt for instance. Mathematically this means that men are funding this artifice.
