@dubsonlysports You're right that Bron didn't have Pip.What he did have was TWO players that played better, was better or at the very least as good as Pip for a large part of his career. It's hard to embrace a"Bron was so good That the roster didnt matter" narrative when he missed the P0 4 times

@dubsonlysports B. When Harden was playing his a$$ of he was, allegedly, "better" than MJ in some conversations. When his play didnt lead to championships, things changed. If MJ ended with 6 and Kobe with 5 in this era, who could you even bring up to discredit them?

@dubsonlysports I dont believe this is true simply because they don't seem to drag players when they're winning. The statement "winning fixes everything" has remained accurate. This is how KD went from an unfair opponent for Lebron to have to face to how they've talked about him since GSW.

@GivanteK @hoodigainer @Hoopss Just for clarity.. Not a Lebron hater at all. He's a great player. I just have MJ as the GOAT and think a lot of the fans advocating for Lebron make a terrible case for him. From my experience most of the negative criticisms are a result of his fan base.

@TheWolf009 @hoodigainer @Hoopss Most of you muthafcckas are Bron haters and have spent a whole generation of hoops hating!!! Yet will claim yall love the game! Y’all don’t love shht and haven’t loved basketball since Mike retired and that’s sad ya can’t even appreciate greatness due to y’all’s own bitterness.

@theblockspot Bron fan's think they're slick. They encased their favorite player plot armor, redefined superteams, pretended to misunderstand accumulative stats and removed winning as requirement. Their goat case for LeBron is just a convenient and upraded straw man.

The LeBron haters at this point are just weirdos. Top 10 1. LeBron 2. Kareem 3. Wilt 4. Russell 5. Jordan 6. Magic 7. Bird 8. Duncan 9. Shaq 10. Hakeem Lebron fans will never say Jordan isn't Top 10 and put a lesser player ahead of him. The hate is just weird🤔

@Shane00 Bron is one of the more basic players in the league yet his fan base want to talk about MJ and the 90's. I once saw a Bron fan post a video to counter the "Bron has no Bag" narrative where he was doing a bunch of MJ go-to moves but worse than Jordan did them in the 80's & 90's.

@Shane00 MJ once said he didnt want to play 20 years. He played in the 80's, won in the 90's.Players didnt take a lot of 3's & MJ didnt need them to win.He played w/ Pip all but 4 1/2 seasons.Curry was a kid on the Hornets Bench when MJ played. This is Y Bron fans say he can't be the GOAT

@CPenIV @BanisMajor I wish people would stop comparing Bron to MJ in this way. "Bron would have picked it up pretty quickly"they say Bron knows all the plays now and still ended up w/ 4 titles in 23 healthy seasons. Bron missed the PO his first 2 seasons. He would have had to hit FT's vs the Pistons

@BanisMajor Yeah, it actually breaks it down in the book, "The Jordan Rules". And let's just say, that's something Bron would have picked up pretty quickly. It wasn't even a zone or layer, which really tells you that Jordan was a 20th century expansion era star. Not an all era great.

Crazy how I've never seen this clip, but I said it for the longest The 'Jordan Rules' was SCOUTING REPORT That's all it was Every team has scouting reports for great players Somehow, the storytelling around MJ made many ppl believe it was an ACTUAL rule coming from the league
Larry P. 🏀@NycVipers

When they talk about the Jordan rules, the media merchants like to romanticize it to help build the myth. Here is the reality from someone who spanked Jordan three straight seasons.

@shamardantebw @NycVipers @stephenasmith For me, it's never been one thing. Because these guys are so good and the list of great NBA players is so long, I've considered all things that I can think of and that have been mentioned in the debate when I say MJ is the GOAT.

LeBron is correct. The problem is Stephanie A. Smith @stephenasmith clowns 🤡 like you would never say someone is better than Jordan no matter what they do. Since being 2nd isn't a bad thing, why won't you say Jordan is 2nd?🤔
First Take@FirstTake

"He's on the Mount Rushmore of basketball. He never hears that. Instead, he hears, 'Oh, he's not the G.O.A.T.' And because of that, it's insulting to him." 😳 @stephenasmith reacts to LeBron's response to the G.O.A.T. debate 🐐

@Shane00 What's the point of posting this? Are u say Mugsy was the Jordan stopper? One of the weirdest parts of the debate is Bron fans confused as to why MJ doesn't get criticized like Lebron..It's because he won and was winning. It's because he didnt have a superteam while collecting L's

@thatsdomo1 The paradox is that Lebron would diminish the value and effectiveness of the "Better system" "Better coach" "Better teamates" "Better FO". If he had them. As much talent, coaches and FO's he's had it's the same story, eventually. They'll also be running the "Lebron system"

So 5 players who all had Better systems Better coaches Better teammates Better FO’s Are above bron because they didn’t “run from the grind”😂😂 I remember saying just because someone is good at basketball doesn’t mean they know basketball and man oh man have these pros been proving my point

Bruce Bowen says LeBron James is not a top-five player of all time and has Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan, Bill Russell, and Magic Johnson ranked above him. “He left Cleveland and got a championship... MJ didn't leave.” (Via @RunItBackFDTV )

@BanisMajor Bron worshipers will try to convince you that MJ couldn't thrive in today's game but a bunch of players, not as good as MJ, are so great that we shouldn't expect Lebron to win against them. The Better competition theory is one of many examples of hyperbole they comfortably lean on

@Shane00 Bron fan logic suggest that we should not judge GSW in 2016 for how they played in the actual series, we should look to what they did in the REGULAR season to determine how good of a team Bron beat"by himself".Oh,but don't do that for MJ's finals opponents. That wouldnt make sense
