@TheYawpers my boyfriend has been searching everywhere for “Good Songs/Shitty Versions” and can’t find it. Where can I find this so he will stop obsessing over this? He had a burned copy of it in college that he got at a show you did like 10 years ago.
@Veggie_Maniac Oh man that was a rough one. A bunch of people were at our ohow in the small room so they could try to sneak in the sold out JIID show in the big room. So 1/3rd of the crowd was sitting there mean-mugging us
Been a hot minute since @TheYawpers ripped the roof off this joint but they're back later this month. Catch them on Fri Oct 21 with Little Rocks own @ylimenotnef Doors 8, Show 9 ow.ly/qFsO50KUQG7
@CootsBrandon@Spotify As the right wing in this country has felt more emboldened to be publicly reprehensible, and as their violence and has ripped our country apart, I can see how this would read less and less like the satire it was intended to be. Hope it didn’t affect your bbq negatively.
@CootsBrandon@Spotify The point of this song was to paint a despicable (and unfortunately accurate) picture of much of the right wing mindset. The line “living my life with my head in the sand” was meant to be a nod to the audience to point out how absolutely insane these people are.
