your fortnite v-bucks shop is displaying items wrong. and it's costing you sales.
i was studying a roblox shop that makes millions per month and here is what I found:
1. the rarest item, 0.01% chance, was the BIGGEST thing on screen. massive. dominated everything.
2. the common item, 50% chance, was tiny. shoved to the side.
my brain kept looking at the big one. it felt like the main reward. felt like i was about to get it.
then i looked at the actual numbers. the big item was almost impossible. the tiny one was guaranteed.
but my eyes didn't care about the numbers. they cared about SIZE.
big = likely.
small = unlikely.
that's how your brain works. automatically. you can't override it.
that's why players keep spinning. keep buying. keep chasing the big one on screen even though the math says they'll never get it.
your fortnite v-bucks shop should do the same. make the best reward the biggest visual. make common stuff small.
players chase what their eyes believe. not what the odds say.
