Gen X here... I remember going to McDonald's for birthday parties & on rare occasions w/ my family for a treat. Eating out was NEVER an everyday occurrence... not even weekly. Months would go buy w/ nothing but grocery store bought food. Where are these people getting their info?

Boomers seem to forget that fast food used to be a normal, everyday expense for them because it was affordable. You could get a burger easily on minimum wage, it wasn’t some fancy treat you had once a year as a reward for pulling yourself up by your bootstraps.

My neighbor bought his house in 1987 for $74,000.

Last month I paid off a credit card, no high balance at all.
Two weeks ago I paid off another credit card, no high balance at all.
These are the only two credit cards that I have.
Why did my credit score drop dramatically?

Mallard Creek boys track and field was disqualified for unsportsmanlike conduct after winning the 4x400 relay in the final event of the day. Had the result stayed, the Mavericks would have won the team state championship. Instead, they remained in second place.

Alright guys, quick restaurant review: this is way west, so if you’re in midtown, nice alternative. Not a tourist spot. More locals. Good-looking young crowd (they let me in anyway). Recommend the branzino. The burger was good but super rich. God wine a bit pricey..
