Has anyone been recently successful claiming BDAG tokens? For weeks all I get is this "Transaction Failed" message. With no active support portal to file a ticket and no response from an official #BlockDAG account (despite my outreach), this isn't looking great @blockdagnetwork

This error occurs across different wallets, devices, and operating systems. across days and times of day. And yes, I have successfully added the BDAG Mainnet to my wallets.

It seems the reason for the failed claim is that the vesting contract doesn't have enough BDAG tokens to fill the claim. Where are the tokens?

Slight correction: I have 1.1 billion tokens, not 1.4 billion.

Perhaps someone better at math can help. I own about 1.4 billion @blockdagnetwork tokens, but there are more than 1000 wallets with more tokens. Total BDAG was to be capped at 150 billion. Doesn’t add up.

Confirmation from opening a FreshDesk help ticket that @blockdagnetwork no longer has an account with FreshDesk. I erased the ticket number.

It looks like @blockdagnetwork has cancelled (or not paid) its @FreshDesk account, which is why BlockDAG token holders are getting the "account suspended" message when attempting to log in and submit a support ticket. FreshDesk was the platform BlockDAG used to manage support.
