Patch releases v0.16.1 and v0.16.2 were prepared and have already been rolled out to the network. ⚙️ Work on State V2 is currently in progress. ⚠️ Attention ⚠️ Account addressing in State V2 will use the DApp ID + address format. At the moment, all applications are still using the old addressing scheme. We are planning to prepare a migration guide for applications to support the transition. The SDK with new account addressing support is already available (latest version: v2.24.21) 🔑 API Access Degraded public API performance over the last 1.5 week was caused by increased miner bot activity. These bots abused public infrastructure from a set of IP addresses. To prevent this load from affecting other network users, the rate limit policy for public endpoints was tightened. API request optimizations were also made to improve response speed. Miner applications may acquire a Block Manager license to avoid these limits. There will be an additional post on this topic the next week. The internal network economy is evolving, and that is great to see! 🤖 Bridge Changes made to the TokenBridge event circuit based on the results of the Pruvendo audit. Decision was made to replace vergrth16WithVK instruction with ZKHALO2VERIFYWITHVK - this will simplify the integration a lot. 📊 DODEX Dodex development focused on the Market Maker API and Shellnet testing tools. Added Cancel Order API, all orders API (including cancelled, rejected and fulfilled orders), and batched API support. Prepared the first version of scripts for producing artificial load for end-to-end API testing on Shellnet. Maker and Taker commission supported in DODEX core smart contracts. 👛 Wallet A wallet release with support for the new DAPP ID + Account ID addressing format is planned in the near future. Things haven’t been as smooth as hoped, but progress is happening. We’re transitioning toward State Version 2: a complete overhaul from the TON Virtual Machine (TVM) to the Acki Nacki Virtual Machine — a WASM-based execution environment. While the current version worked for months, upgrading introduces code that was never used in production before. Like a rocket, some issues only surface when we fly. In our case, the network has to be upgraded with real validators and real nodes, because we cannot fully test real live-network load otherwise. We had performance hiccups, but every fix is forward progress. This shift means all account and state management is moving from TVM-native logic to WASM-native architecture. It’s a fundamental architectural overhaul — almost like launching a whole new network — and that’s why we’re doing it step by step. While occasional slowdowns may happen, they do not compromise network safety or account security. Safety remains the top priority as we advance toward State Version 2 and Execution Environment Version 2. Remember when you ask for features like the bridge or dex they simply cannot be delivered before the fundamentals are there. It is not our priority issue. It is a hard bound requirement.

We have initiated a global transition to state v.2. The first part is a network upgrade that began yesterday to move to state 1¾, which will gradually convert accounts to be v2-ready, and once complete, the network will move to the v2 state. V2 is a state for super-fast multithreading and a pure WASM execution environment. The network may experience some turbulence while Keepers are upgrading. Thank you for your cooperation.
