The second half of the "Top Prospects" 18U list starts with the LAB Mafia and also includes the "King of the Hill" Tournament Champions from this group @tbsports23 18U. @TheLabCypE third club was LAB Mafia who has made its mark in past events, they featured @CarsonSullyQB who has been with the program for several years, the 14-year-old QB was playing up against top competition, he can sling it for his age, has grown physically from 12-to-14 and it doesn't hurt that @tavenao4 and Josiah Hooks were on the roster, Oluwa is a dual sport athlete, Class of 2028, he's an excellent all-around player, very quick, shifty post catch and very good ball skills, he can track the ball and make some elite catches in traffic and down the field. @setx_royals has a really good, young coaching staff, they are developing their own product, compete at a high level with a good-looking roster, including @Kailonwalkerr is a pass rusher when the pads come on, he was playing LB and it's obvious with his size/speed why he has been getting a lot of college attention, LB @luke_burkhalter displays good discipline and covers more ground than a bigger-bodied LB should, he getting college offers throughout the fall and spring, his brother, Layne, is one of the team's QB's, @MichaelJoh41771 is a big-play WR for them, he comes down with tough and contested catches, DB Michael Alpough came through on both days with PBU's and top notch coverage that kept the Royals in games. @TxPressure has a really nice group of younger prospects, its started with QB Beau Strohman who is only a freshman but came to play and made some really impressive throws on Saturday, and exhibits very good decision making for his age @JTekwe is a bigger bodied WR/TE prospect, has very good length and uses his frame to make plays and caused trouble for defenders of all sizes @The_Kcollier was the player who stood out to me the most on their roster, he's already 6'2" rangy DB with really good cover skills, he is aggressive but also a solid looking 4.6 range athlete, the stat that jumped out to me was finding out on Sunday he's a Class of 2029! @tbsports23 came out victorious in the Battle of 18U's, coming on the heels of having made it to the semi-finals the prior month, so this progression has been obvious since first evaluating them in January @KWilliamsJR_12 is a dude, dual sport athlete, 4.4 speed, exciting athletic ability, shows ability to play multiple positions in 7v7, however, he's a RB body type who can run all day once he gets into the open field, trust me he's one to get eyes on now, WR Brandon Otabor has very good size, made some tough catches, has AA speed too, he's Class of 2028 at Manvel, WR/DB Caleb Jolly is very quick, elusive player that is tough to get hands on @Bige122009 was under center for the weekend and showcased a live arm, hit on a number of vertical throws and his arm talent allowed them to score from all positions on the field, which was a big difference in the outcome of their games, Ekpin is Class of 2028 at Manvel who now have a very deep QB room. *If you know any of the players who are missing "Tags" please feel free to message them over, we are constantly updating and evaluating prospects from all tournaments and showcases.
