Me too. I'm 200-204 depending on the day. I never get more than like 7.5 but am usually good when I get 6.5+ hours, everyone is different. I've got 3 kids and stay at home with them, also in grad school. I feel you with the stress. If Reta has your appetite reeled in, then I wouldn't increase dose. I would just seek opportunities to refine your routines, manage stress, and make sure you're getting the sleep you need for recovery and fat oxidation.

Mississippi State has played 5 of the predicted top 8 seeds. Out of those 5, I never felt State was overmatched. Most of those losses were things that State didn’t do rather than what the team did. None of those predicted top 8 seeds scare me.

@TheCryptoDaddi Are we a fluffy 193 or in pretty good shape? 2 weeks is not a long stall. Stress or sleep impairments disrupt you over the stall? I ran 2 mg of Reta for nearly a year without needing to titrate up. It's likely something else, unless if you're already lean and dialed in.

Considering how popular SARMs were a few years ago and how many people were willing to risk the side effects, I’m starting to think the real mental barrier to entry for peptides is the injection itself. Normies will automatically lump injections in the same category as steroids. In reality, it’s just a delivery method, nothing more. If anything, it bypasses the liver, which orals tend to be hardest on. But… The poke scares people, even a 31g 5/16” insulin syringe. Going to take a while to change that.
