@NIAMHBL Hi Niamh, we can send liquids no problem and butter also. You may have issues with these two items via postal service as liquids are not allowed and butter may melt and soil your package and other items. Drop us a mail on customercare@thepaddybox.com and we’d be happy to help

Have this googled…a lot but sending a box of goodies to the eldest in France. Is it just no liquids or dairy ? Everything else is ok ?

@The_PaddyBox It doesn't ask for billing address. Just cc number expiry and ccv

@The_PaddyBox tried ordering a box tonight, wouldn't go on after I pressed the pay button. After 3 attempts, tried on my wife's account, same. No on screen errors.

@dobsdave Ok, we see this with boxes going to Asia where they require ID numbers, if they are entered incorrectly it loops back like your situation & gives no error message. It shouldn’t happen for the US though. Have you tried setting the billing address the same as the delivery address

@The_PaddyBox No, I press pay now, it just goes back to review order screen, no errors. The zip code gets self populated by your system and is correct. I made a mistake on the phone number initially and the website highlighted it.

@dobsdave Seems strange. When you click pay now what actually happens? Is there anything on the address section turning red to indicate an error? Maybe the phone number or zip code?

@dobsdave Hi there, sorry that you’re having an issue on the website. Can I ask where you are sending the box? It may be an address or other issue. If you let me know the location I will do my best to troubleshoot it for you
