You could possibly argue to the letter of the law Rowan Marshall first touched the ball before all of it crossed the back of the goal line. No way could you argue that he controlled the ball as a mark. Let alone allowing play to continue before the decision was reviewed. Just wow @FOXFOOTY

Cooper’s deal is worth over $500,000 a year with bonuses and incentives to earn even more. As a rookie in 2026 he is on $105,000 base & $4000 a match and can earn a maximum of $12,000 bonus if he plays 12 or more matches. So a huge pay rise and well deserved

I look at Jy Simpkin yesterday and thought he played the perfect team role. Part of playing your role for the team is doing the defensive stuff - efforts like this are part of the problem, not the solution.
