I don’t think recruiters get enough credit. You’re sales, marketing, an investigator, a middle person, a copy writer, an entrepreneur, a counsellor, an interviewer, an economist, a strategist, a problem solver, a negotiator, a CRM expert, a life changer... the list goes on.

@kelvmackenzie They could all quit because of pay…. Then there would be none…. Did you think this one through before posting it? (Seems not)

@actbrilliant @Adam_Karpiak It’s a question that should be answerable by anyone who is in an interview setting. Not all changes need to be big strategic changes, they can be tactical. Also changes should be communicated across the business meaning everyone should know.

@Adam_Karpiak so, who do you pose this question to. If you're interviewing for a software developer's role, do you ask this question of the project lead? What if HR isn't involved in the interview process?

In a job interview, ask the company about the last change they implemented based on employee feedback and the impact it had. That will give you insights into their culture and management style.
