Ok, so the refs want:
1. Ludicrous raises instead of merely awesome raises
2. No accountability for bad performance
3. Get playoff assignments for being old
I'm having a really hard time not siding with the league on this one.

one thing i’ll never knock him for is how much he’s improved in defending the run. he just doesn’t have much juice as a pass rusher anymore and the lack of effort in his pursuit late in the year was extremely concerning. you can’t have guys like that in your locker room
