Trust in yourself either compounds over time, or deteriorates into never trusting your own word.

What actually changes your life isn’t what you do when motivation is high, but what you refuse to negotiate when motivation is gone.

Be physically and socially active, don't smoke or consume alcohol excessively, work your mind daily (reading/learning), breath in fresh air, choose contentment and joy.

Subtracting bad habits is just as impactful as adding new habits. Get rid of what no long serves you.

Never go a week without weight training at least twice, one upper and one lower body. There is no going backwards. It's either maintenance, or improvement.

Build a life and day-to-day routine that you never need an escape from. Make it so that each night, you wish you could repeat the day.

Purpose is something that is built, not found. Take action, and that action becomes the purpose.

When you've seen the worst things in your mind, nothing in reality can break you.

Nobody can compete with you when it comes to being you. Be your authentic self.

It's not your job to convince everyone to be their best self. Those who want to, will. Those who don't, wont. Accept their decision and move on.

I don't need to be a genius, but I do need to not be a fool.

Logic and reason must stand above ego.

Be proud of where you are today, and hungry for where you want to be tomorrow.

Always have a student mindset. There is more to learn, and it's your job to absorb it. You're either getting better or worse each day, the choice is yours.

A balance between objectivity and relativity. Understand how far you've come, but always be hungry for more. Don't settle or slow down. Contentment paired with ambition (it is possible).
