If this is genuinely how referees view the game and make decisions then we need to pack it all up and go home

Balebe Bruno G and Bruno F going to be our 3 man midfield next season mainoo going to hold bench ngl

Anderson just gets everywhere doesn’t he? He’d be so perfect for us.

Mainoo’s biggest deficiency is his lack of mobility and speed. He’s got talent but he’s so fucking slow compared to near enough every midfield we come up against. Scott ran all over him last night the same way the Newcastle midfield did even with 10 men. It’s a major issue.

Alex Scott ran the show yesterday against for Bournemouth in the midfield against Kobbie Mainoo. The pace, intensity and ability to move the ball and progress the ball forward made it hard for Kobbie Mainoo and Casemiro to keep up. Kobbie Mainoo suffers a lot against fast paced games and midfield and is sluggish in tracking about thereby leaving the midfield wide open. Games that are played in high tempo, speed and intensity are not made for Kobbie Mainoo and he can’t be our constant starting midfielder next season.

Carrick reminds me of Ole. Counter attacks and individual brilliance it won’t last… Go all out for Nagelsmann #MUFC 🇾🇪

You can see Bruno was teaching Sesko “if you gonna make that pass do it with outside foot” we can’t lose him man 😭😭 x.com/Surafel320113/…

What did people expect with Carrick? A title charge? You didn't even hold Amorim to that standard. He has been impressive with this team.

You know why Mainoo is getting singled out? When you overhype a player, you naturally raise the expectations around them. That’s just how it works. United fans did the same thing with Rashford, and now it’s happening with Mainoo. They’re treated like the best thing since sliced bread, that’s why the moment they drop a stinker, people criticize them more than the rest. When you create an inflated image of a player, the backlash will be just as big when performances don’t match it. That’s on the fans and the culture of overhyping players for such a long time.

Do you agree, Manchester United’s defeat was to some point brought about by Lammens, who realistically could have dived to safely save that ball. He miscalculated. Maguire had already done his job well by pressing. In my opinion, this time Lammens was the one at fault.

Extreme reactions to results is a problem for a lot of clubs, but particularly Man United. Carrick hasn't become a bad manager overnight. His biggest problem is a thin squad. Stretched beyond a good 12 or 13 and there's not much there.

He was never really the problem was he?
