Journalism in Web3 just reached a turning point.
With the Polkadot Marketing Bounty program coming to an end, The Kusamarian is closing its chapter - and with it, an entire era of community-funded, on-chain media.
The Kusamarian wasn’t just a media outlet.
It was proof that decentralized journalism can work: • funded transparently
• accountable to the community
• driven by substance, not algorithms
An epoch is ending - but I don’t see this as a full stop.
I believe this is a pause before a rebirth.
Into something new.
Something more global.
Something shaped by everything learned along the way.
History isn’t archived yet.
It’s being written right now.
