Start here 👇 Trying to quit smoking? Nicotine replacement (gum/lozenges/patches) often has the same active ingredient across brands—at very different prices. Reply with what you use (or a photo of the box) and we’ll help you compare. #QuitWithUs

Do OTC medicines expire? Yes. Expiration date = potency guaranteed until then. Tablets often last longer; liquids degrade faster. When in doubt: replace. Save this for your next cabinet cleanout.

4) If you slip, don’t spiral. One cigarette isn’t a restart. Get right back to your plan and keep going. Month 2 is maintenance - not perfection.

3) Plan for the sneaky triggers. Bad sleep. Alcohol. Arguments. Boredom. Keep gum/lozenges where slips happen (car, desk, nightstand).

2) It helps you fall asleep - it doesn’t fix the reason you’re not sleeping. Stress, caffeine timing, screens, and schedule still matter.

@QuittingZyn 100% agree - lozenges are a bridge, not the finish line. Slow taper + keeping something for the hand-to-mouth habit helps a ton (gum, water bottle, toothpick). And always follow the label / ask a pharmacist if you’re unsure. What taper pace worked best for you?

@The_WellBasics Lozenges were a game changer for me too. The key is using them as a bridge not a replacement. Taper down from 4mg to 2mg to 1mg over a few weeks and then jump off completely. Breaking the hand-to-mouth habit is half the battle
