@deliberational @AuthorGaylord @Popehat I had to tell my spice-phobic 7-yr-old that the (super mild) Japanese curry I made for dinner was actually “korma” (legitimately another type of curry, not that she knew that) to convince her to eat it (b/c she knew “curry” is spicy) Turned out to be a family favourite for years.
