The top as i said in the morning was good and i was bullish from the morning so took this aggressive trade. I only took 10 points (my mistake) i got scared because of the size of the red candle and also this trade coming back on me so started the month with small profit. #nifty

I will definitely recommend this exercise to whomever that has even a little bit of back issues. I broke my lower back doing deadlifts and i can say this exercise will improve your posture and even thicken your overall back better and quicker than deadlifts.

The data is all messed up. OI is on 24000 and not shifting although the market is down i think it will go up unexpectedly. But this data is a bit difficult to trade. Still i will take a put from 24030. #nifty

#nifty50 is the major benchmark index and everyday 100s of crores are traded on a single strike price for selling options. Don’t be a fool that those people are only watching charts. They have an unfair advantage of having insider news but you can use data to copy them.

Learning curve till being profitable consistently. With valid reason. Price action - 6 months -12 months Option chain data - 1 month - 2 months maximum. And you can still be unprofitable in price action but not with option chain data.
