76% of adult Christians have made a commitment to follow Jesus by age 18. 83% by age 24. A hundred years ago 80% of young people were in contact with church, now less than 3%. We have a huge missional challenge and @norwichyfc are playing their part.

They say I had an accident when I didn’t, I’ve proved I haven’t but they have dragged their heels since March and now I need to renew my insurance but can’t because I have an outstanding claim. Haven’t once been able to talk to them about it.

@Markerstudyins Still no one is responding to my query. I have sent over 100 e mails and called nummerous times and been on hold for several hours

@Markerstudyins I am disgusted with the customer service on offer. If I ring any other line to report a new claim accident theft etc they answer. But I have an existing claim and cannot get through no matter how hard I try. 5 days 2hrs each day and hanging up as still on hold.

@Markerstudyins absolutely disgusted. On holiday with my partner and he finds out his insurance has been cancelled as he’s “unreachable”. Been on hold for 2hours now and waiting for an online chat when we are supposed to be enjoying our holiday. Not impressed.
