Anyway, I'll be transparent in here I'm Théa, I am neurodivergent with an awful lot of disorders. I unfortunately do not have a good support irl in terms of health professionals & my issues are often dismissed to "just anxiety". It has been & still is an everyday battle.

@Thea_Noia I mean yeah, it worked for me for a while till gym memberships became expensive and I had little to no time to workout

Maybe I should buy a gym membership to force myself to workout more......

Some reminders for those struggling content creators that might need them: ✦ You are not any less than someone else just because you don't have the same support! ✦ Its okay to not want to do what's trending, just make the things that speak to you! ✦ Create for yourself, first and foremost, an audience will find you! ✦ It may take a long time to find your audience, but that doesn't mean what you make doesn't have merit or worth! ✦ Create or post as often as you CAN, everyone's output will be different! So try not to compare yourself to people who can push out content more frequently. ✦ Breaks are necessary to recoup & recover your creative drive! It's okay to take one every once in a while so don't beat yourself up for needing one ✦ Being a content creator is a mentally and emotionally taxing career. It can be easy to put yourself down because you don't have what other people do, so focus instead on what you HAVE accomplished, no matter how big or small, instead of what you haven't YET accomplished. You will probably feel more confident when you see what you HAVE done instead of what you are still working towards! Not every day will be a good one, but let's try to make each one a little easier and more positive! Keep making stuff & good luck on your creative journey! 🫂✨
