Episode 3 #sellingsuperhouses returns tonight on @channel4 at 11:05pm. Rescheduled this week on account of SCO vs ENG ⚽️ and back to regular programming at 10pm Tuesday C4 from next week.

Tues 31st saw the premiere of a property show I helped judge #SellingSuperHouses on @channel4. 8 contestants competed to win a super prime agency role. It was a pleasure to offer my experience, advice and insights to the project and watch the contestants grow through the process.

Market update May ‘22: The BoE looks set to increase the BR to 1%. The stock strangulation issue is easing slightly. Activity is back to pre-pandemic levels following SDLT holiday. Some ex-London Covid leavers starting to return. Rental market at its highest since records began.
