Take away Atiku's money, I don't know what he is really good at in politics. In 2011 he was chosen as the Northern consensus candidate to face GEJ in primaries, he lost. In 2019 & in 2023 he got the flag of a broken PDP, only to fumble at the gen elections and return to Dubai

COMMUNIQUÉ OF CRITICAL STAKEHOLDERS OF BINANI ADC FACTION, ON THE COLLAPSE OF INTERNAL DEMOCRACY AND WAY FORWARD Issued at the meeting held on 18th April, 2026, at the residence of Hon. Mijiyewa Umaru Kugama. We, the undersigned critical stakeholders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Adamawa State, drawn from the three Senatorial Zones, convened to review the disturbing developments arising from the recently conducted party congresses. After exhaustive deliberations, we unequivocally declare that the actions of the party leadership at both state and national levels have destroyed internal democracy, undermined the rule of law, and rendered the party structure in Adamawa State illegitimate and unacceptable. FINDINGS: The stakeholders noted with grave concern that; The congresses conducted under the leadership of Ishaya Bauka (Rtd) were fundamentally flawed, manipulated, and imposed against the will of the majority of party members. Valid court judgments and subsisting injunctions were deliberately ignored, setting a dangerous precedent of lawlessness within the party. The party leadership engaged in systematic exclusion, imposition, and intimidation of genuine stakeholders and aspirants. The party has consequently lost moral legitimacy and can no longer serve as a credible platform for democratic participation in Adamawa State. Resolutions (Hardline Position) In view of the above, and in the overriding interest of justice, political survival, and the people of Adamawa State, we unanimously resolve as follows: Total Loss of Confidence We pass a vote of no confidence on the ADC leadership at both the State and National levels for their complicity in the collapse of internal democracy. Immediate and Collective Resignation: We hereby announce our immediate and irreversible resignation en masse from the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Adamawa State. Rejection of All Congress Outcomes: We categorically reject the outcomes of the recently conducted congresses and declare them null, void, and of no consequence. Mass Political Realignment; We resolve to immediately align with a more credible and democratic political platform that guarantees fairness, justice, and respect for the rule of law. Leadership Mandate; We unanimously mandate Senator Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani to lead stakeholders in determining and transitioning into a viable political platform for effective participation in the 2027 general elections, particularly the Governorship race in Adamawa State. Coordinated Defection Structure A structured and coordinated movement of stakeholders and supporters across Polling Units, Wards, LGAs, and the State will commence immediately to ensure a seamless transition. Mass Mobilization and Reorganization; We shall embark on aggressive grassroots mobilization, political education, and structural rebuilding under the new political platform to ensure electoral victory. Conclusion; The ADC, by its actions, has abdicated its responsibility as a democratic institution in Adamawa State. We refuse to be part of a system that thrives on injustice, impunity, and illegality. This decision marks the beginning of a new political direction anchored on credibility, inclusiveness, and true democratic ideals. Signed: Hon. Mijiyewa Umaru Kugama Convener Hon. Saidu Njobdi Komsiri Secretary

The Binani situation is quite a VERY slippery one that could portend doom in the long run. I think Atiku must find a way to handle it properly, else it becomes a very big problem in the long run. He must try to avoid another "Wike" situation this time around.

How does these pdp online guys think that the most popular candidate becomes a deputy to an unpopular candidate? In fact Atiku becoming a vice to any presidential candidate is a red flag.

Nigeria Is Bleeding From Within It is deeply troubling to read recent World Bank reports indicating that, while Nigeria’s Federation Revenue surged to ₦84 trillion in just three years, a staggering 41% —amounting to ₦34.44 trillion —never reached the Federation Account. This sum exceeds the combined ₦34 trillion earmarked for capital projects in the 2024 and 2025 Appropriation Bills, a comparison that underscores the gravity of the situation and signals that something is fundamentally wrong. This is not a mere oversight; it points to institutionalised corruption on a massive scale. In 1994, when the Okigbo Panel reported about $12.4 billion from the Gulf War oil windfall as unaccounted for, Nigerians were outraged and the nation shook with indignation. Today, an even more troubling situation appears to be unfolding, yet it is met with a disquietening silence. We are trapped in a lethal paradox: Earning more as a nation, yet having less to invest in healthcare, education, and infrastructure. From 2025, systemic “deductions” have allowed agencies to capture more resources than entire states and even critical ministries. These leakages explain why countries with fewer resources are out-performing us across key development indices. With such a broken system, how can we fix power, strengthen our schools, build resilient healthcare, or develop critical infrastructure? Nigeria has no business being poor. We must stop these leakages through disciplined, transparent leadership driven by character. It is time to redirect our hijacked resources back to the people and move Nigeria into the league of developed nations. With our collective resolve to change this corruption-infested system, a New Nigeria is POssible. -PO

@ChiDvyn @NartyBanks1 Right, Making marital vows in the church means you have followed biblical principles from courtship to date of wedding. No premarital sex no defilement. Hebrews 13:4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

Had it been Alhaji has served as a councillor, chairman or state governor we would have engaged you on his record but the only thing u fit argue with now is my boss have been contesting since 1993 no need to waste our time and ask you of his record's.

All this noise or online comparisons it should be about who has actually handled national responsibility and delivered results at that level. If age is your only argument against Atiku, then you’re not really debating performance, you’re avoiding it.
