SHA owes KNH KSh 5.4 BILLION.
KNH owes suppliers KSh 2.3 BILLION.
Suppliers stop supplying. Patients go without food.
That is not a rumour. That is not propaganda. That is hunger in hospital wards.
And listen carefully: in those wards, hunger did not ask for TRIBE.
Not Luhya. Not Luo. Not Kikuyu. Not Kisii. Not Kalenjin. Not Maasai. Not Somali.
Not WANTAM. Not TUTAM.
Everyone went hungry.
Everyone suffered.
Because pain does not recognise politics.
All this money was collected in the name of healthcare, then stolen, looted, misappropriated and diverted for politics, PR, and power preservation. Not service. Politics. That is why the biggest referral hospital in the country KENYATTA NATIONAL HOSPITAL cannot feed patients.
Now ask those Luos and Kalenjins who take money to praise Ruto:
When hunger hits a ward, does it choose the side you praise?
When there is no medicine, does your tribe open the pharmacy?
When a doctor says “hakuna,” does your paid loyalty change that answer?
Do your mothers get special meals because you tweet for the regime?
Do your fathers get painkillers because you defend looters on TV?
Do your relatives get treatment while others starve because you clap at rallies?
You sell your voice cheaply, then queue like everyone else when your own people fall sick.
You praise power, but power does not recognise you.
You defend thieves, but thieves will never defend your family.
Now watch the theatre.
Duale will first brief security because image matters more than patients.
He will arrive with cameras.
He will use the VIP lift.
He will tour the private wing.
Patients in real wards will be kept off-camera like shameful evidence.
Then he will tell us everything is fine.
That it was a “minor misunderstanding.”
That the issue is “resolved.”
And he will dismiss Kenyans as wale watu wa porojo.
But the wards will still be full of hungry patients.
The suppliers will still be unpaid.
The bills will still be there.
And patients will still be hungry.
Grace Nga’nga says “I don’t eat pork.”
At this rate, I would rather eat pork than swallow these lies.
Because pork is honest about what it is.
This government is not.
You do not starve patients by accident.
You do not rack up billions in unpaid bills by mistake.
You do not collapse KNH and call it reform.
This is deliberate cruelty.
This is healthcare sacrificed for politics.
This is stolen money being laundered through PR while patients suffer quietly.
Hospitals are not campaign venues.
Patients are not props.
Hunger is not porojo.
KNH is bleeding.
Kenyans are paying.
And somewhere, politicians are counting stolen billions and asking for more praise.
