Animating ripped Nicole in The Tracking was the best. It was late in the season, the animators all knew the drill by then so I treated myself to a few shots. Supervising is mostly briefing, reviewing, keeping things moving which I love but this was just a joyous few days for me.

experimental prototype of a music game with a focus on expressive freestyling - the controller is kind of like a freeform dancefloor for your hands (music is from Parappa 2)

Hilarious edit aside, Nicole seperating Gumball and Darwin was the first revision I did as Supervisor! She has many big actions to hit in a small amount of time and it all has to read clearly. My favourite part of the job is helping animators solve puzzles like this :)

Many YT comments saying the anime moments in The Gourmet were outsourced to Japan or to the OG Fury studio but our core TWWWOG anim team actually handelled them all. This is anime made in Germany by artists from all over Europe with incredible designs from a London team. Rare!

@Thelaserbearguy Same! It was always so fun when a design pack would come in, we'd all have a right laugh at the costumes and faces.

In 2013 I had to turn down a Gumball S3 Scene Builder interview because I couldn’t afford the train to London, let alone rent if I got the job. Tough call back then, but 11 years later I feel very lucky to have supervised this season with such an inspiring team of animators. 💙
