Iranians that are against federalism, are primarily against allowing minorities languages have full official regional status, with full education at all levels as primary language. This is best guaranteed with federalism.
This is a non-negotiable demand for kurds.

What a lazy & intellectually dishonest attempt at dismissing political wishes of minorities.
What matters is having BOTH democracy & federalism. Just because non-Democratic federalism doesn't solve all issues, we should dismiss federalism in a democracy as well? Big brain logic.

After the AI videos, Iran’s regime must be very desperate to resort to such theatrics.
One interesting thing is the form of Kurdish they speak -- so heavily imbued with Persian that the only thing distinguishing it from Persian is the Kurdish tone and phonetics.
The regime has for years promoted this form of colloquial, Persianized Kurdish to keep Kurds away from the more standardized form of Kurdish used in Iraqi Kurdistan and among the literati in Iranian Kurdistan.

@Kelach115984 @bob_esfanji1 @snipergurg They chanted Women, life, freedom (Jin, jiyan, azadi), since it's an old pan-kurdish slogan with a deep philosophical logic behind. It originates from kurdish movement in Turkey and Syria. I've chanted that slogan at protests a decade before women life freedom in Iran.

The US didn't even request to use the bases for direct attacks on Iran.
(The bases might be used for early warning etc., but not bombs and rockets).
