You may not have traditional symptoms and COVID can affect you mental, physical and emotional health. OTs can assess your symptom and signpost you to the correct service? #SaTHHour #MentalHealthMatters

@SaTHEngagement are you worried about your memory after Covid? always worth getting advice from GP. Also make use of apps and games that help stimulate your cognition. #SaTHHour

@Claire_Flisher Interesting questions. How would clinicians feel if their professional leadership wasn’t wearing professional uniform e.g. would OTs identify with leader/ manager who doesn’t wear same as them? What is the difference between leadership and management in the eyes of the staff?
English

So what if managers within the NHS weren’t clinicians. Would it make for stronger leadership and better decision making? Or the opposite? Would it help clinicians feel that they don’t keep looking at lots of managers in clinical uniform sitting behind desks?? #leadershipmatters

#sathleaders looking forward to the leadership event today 😀
