Exercise wasn’t an added burden, but a refuge. Lifting weights 3 days a week compounded with 22K steps per day for 3 months has taken Frank’s health to annuder level. His strength, mobility, and flexibility continue to improve as Frank puts on muscle, which weighs more than fat. The original obviously looks better to a lot, but the reality is the overgrown vines on the house are ruining the brick and mortar and probably causing a lot of structural issues and possible water damage. So it needed to go. But just plain white and black? Terrible choice and missed opportunity. Roof still looks like dog shit too
