It’s amazing how two people can look at the same thing, but come away with opposite conclusions. To me, KJP never seemed prepared, literally read word for word documents in her binder, and many times deflected questions to a different agency. The new Press Secretary spoke directly to reporters (the people) without a binder and was in command of the facts. To me, there is no doubt the new Press Secretary is already a better communicator than KJP ever was.
