I’ve read the San Francisco Chronicle’s reporting and I take it seriously. What is described is indefensible. Women who come forward with accounts like this deserve to be heard with respect, not questioned or dismissed. I regret having come to his defense on social media prior to knowing all the information. I am equally as shocked and upset about what has transpired. I am withdrawing my endorsement of Congressman Swalwell, effective immediately.

Where are the media folks complaining about her 1st Amendment rights being denied?

Good. Immigration judges work for the Trump Justice Department. Their job is to ensure our immigration laws are properly enforced—not to coddle illegals. When these immigration judges sabotage our immigration laws, they must get shown the door.

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) releases a video where he admits to wronging his wife (00:29): “I have certainly made mistakes in judgment in my past. But those mistakes are between me and my wife. And to her I apologize deeply for putting her in this position.” He denies having sexually assaulted anyone despite four women having now come forward describing sexual assault by Swalwell. I’ve reuploaded this video because in my previous post with it I incorrectly said Swalwell was a Republican when he’s obviously a Democrat. We all make mistakes. But some are much worse than others. Swalwell admits to mistakes between him and his wife. Did he cheat on her? Abuse her in other ways? The people of California have a right to know as do all the American people.
