@venuswtf_ Hi all VNmese bro, this is "phở khô", it looks like "hủ tíu". Somewhere in VN (e.g. Quy Nhơn, Gia Lai... dyk "phở 2 tô"?) it's also called "phở" 😂 and identified by adj "khô" or "tươi". Same topping, plus pork cracklings and sour red onion

@MendonaTendo @venuswtf_ Phở khô í bác. Nó trông giống hủ tiếu nhưng dai hơn, ở quê tui (Gia Lai) có món này và nó ngon v~ luôn. Nước dùng cũng là ninh từ xương bò nhưng ít mùi gia vị hơn phở Bắc. Toping giống phở, có hành tím ngâm chua và tóp mỡ, ăn cùng tương ớt xào.
