🚨 Sharp Scope Official Play 🚨 ⚾ Miami Marlins ML (+105) | 1 Unit We’re backing Miami as today’s sharp side. 📊 Why we like it: Only 27% of tickets but 64% of the money is on Miami. A +37% Pro Money edge suggests respected bettors are backing the Marlins despite the public favoring Houston. One of the strongest contrarian moneyline signals on the board.

📊 Sharp Scope Market Update A few notable moves since this morning: 📉 Brewers ML Despite 88% of bets and 90% of the money backing Milwaukee, the line has held around -135 all day. Books haven’t made the Brewers cheaper despite overwhelming public action. We’re still monitoring this one, but the market has remained firm. 📉 Orioles ML One of the stronger contrarian signals. Baltimore has just 16% of bets but 41% of the money, while Boston has dropped from roughly -142 to -110. Sharp money and line movement are pointing in the same direction. 📉 Marlins ML Miami continues to attract respected action with 27% of bets and 64% of the money. Houston’s price failed to hold its stronger number, making this one of the more interesting sharp underdogs. ⚠️ Reds vs. Mariners Still the biggest conflict on the board. Cincinnati owns the largest Pro Money edge, but Seattle has steamed from roughly -111 to -120. When the splits and the odds history disagree, we’re staying patient rather than forcing a play. 🎯 Current Sharp Scope Lean ✅ Orioles ML ✅ Marlins ML 👀 Brewers (watchlist) ⚠️ Reds/Mariners (conflicting signals) The biggest takeaway today: we’re putting odds history first and using betting splits as confirmation, not the other way around. That’s the process we’re sticking with.

Interesting to see Cincinnati leading both the bet count and handle on the ML. It’s one of the few dogs attracting respected money today. We’ll be watching to see if the market keeps Seattle from getting any more expensive closer to first pitch that’ll tell us whether this early support holds up.

@TheLineFather Agreed. One thing we’re watching is whether Milwaukee gets cheaper. If they continue drifting despite 85%+ of tickets and 90%+ of the money, that’s when the Mets start becoming interesting from a market perspective. The next move matters more than the current splits.

@ZappedBets Interesting seeing Seattle continue to get support. We noticed the Mariners have taken respected money all morning, but we’re watching Pittsburgh closely after the Yankees drifted from -154 to -135 despite overwhelming public backing. Curious to see where these close.

👀 Market Note: Pirates vs. Yankees Interesting to see Action Network’s own Best Bet land on Pittsburgh +130, especially with how today’s market has developed. Here’s what we’ve seen: * 📉 Yankees have drifted from -154 → -135, despite remaining a heavy public favorite. * 📊 Action still shows overwhelming ticket support on New York, but the price continues to move toward Pittsburgh. * 🏴‍☠️ Now Action’s betting content is backing the Pirates as the value side, citing an offensive edge and a fresher bullpen. While analyst opinions alone don’t drive our card, it’s another data point that aligns with what the market has been signaling.

🏴‍☠️PIRATES vs YANKEES BEST BET ⚾️Pittsburgh Pirates Moneyline (+130) 👇Add directly to your betslip bit.ly/MLB072126D 🗣️"I’m giving a clear offensive edge to the Pirates, somewhere between 15-20 points (wRC+). Valdez will come down to Earth, but who do you really trust for the Yankees to remain a firmly above-average bat going forward? Maybe Rice? The Pirates have done this for 100 games now. I’m calling bullpens even too because even though BARTOLO sees a 14-team 0.41 wFIP run gap, L30-day estimators are similar and the Pirates are much better rested. The Yankees had six relievers throw 20+ pitches on Sunday and then used four more for 11-17 pitches on Monday." -@FreelanceBBall

📈 Market Watch: Mets vs. Brewers One game we’re monitoring closely isn’t because of the betting percentages—it’s because of what the line is doing. Early in the market, Milwaukee was steamed from roughly -130 to as high as -149, which made sense given they were attracting the overwhelming majority of bets and money. But then something changed. Instead of continuing higher, the Brewers were bought back down to around -135 despite still carrying 85%+ of the bets and 90%+ of the money across multiple split providers. That doesn’t automatically make the Mets the play, but it’s the type of market behavior we pay attention to. Sharp Scope Rule: When an unpopular underdog starts getting cheaper while the favorite still owns the public support, it’s often a sign respected money is pushing back. We’re not forcing a bet here, but if this number continues moving toward New York (+111 → +105 → +100, etc.) while the betting percentages remain heavily on Milwaukee, the Mets become a team we’ll be watching very closely. Follow the market, not just the percentages. 👀📉

@StoneEdgePicks Fair point. The current move is definitely toward the Dodgers. My original comment should’ve said we were passing because the market moved off Philadelphia. I appreciate the discussion that’s exactly why we track line movement throughout the day!👊

That’s not respected money on the Phillies though, correct? If the Dodgers moved from +128 to +108 in some markets, while the Phillies went from -135 to -130, that indicates the market is moving toward the Dodgers despite the majority of bets being on Philadelphia. I don’t understand how a move making the Phillies less favored would indicate respected money on the Phillies.

🚨 Sharp Scope Market Update | MLB (11:16 AM ET) A few notable moves since this morning: ✅ Astros ML Our strongest market signal. Houston has steamed from -125 to as high as -150, showing continued respected action backing the Astros despite a relatively balanced money split. This remains the top play on the board. 📈 Mariners ML One of the more interesting moves today. Seattle has been bet up from -111 to -120 even while Cincinnati is attracting the larger share of money. The market continues to move toward Seattle, making this a sneaky sharp side. 📉 Phillies ML Philadelphia has seen buyback throughout the morning, moving from around -135 to -130. While the Phillies remain favored, this no longer carries the same sharp profile it did earlier. ⚠️ Cardinals vs. Angels St. Louis owns the stronger money percentages, but the market has steadily moved toward the Angels. That conflicting signal moves this game into the “watch” category rather than an official play. Current Sharp Scope Board ⭐ Astros ML ⭐ Mariners ML Watching: 👀 Phillies ML 👀 Cardinals/Angels We’ll continue monitoring for late steam and any significant line movement before first pitch. The final hour before game time often tells the real story. #MLB #SharpScope #SportsBetting #LineMovement #BettingMarkets

Today’s card is a good example of why I’m starting to value market confirmation over raw betting splits. Cardinals: Action showed a large Pro Money edge, BetMGM showed the line moving from +100 to -110, and both books pointed toward St. Louis. Marlins/Astros Over: Action showed 74% of the money on the Over, BetMGM showed 71% of the handle on the Over, and the total moved from 8.5 to 9. On the flip side, Tampa Bay had one of the biggest Pro Money edges, but Toronto steamed from roughly -141 to -165. That’s the type of conflicting signal I’m trying to filter out. The goal isn’t to chase the biggest percentages—it’s finding games where the odds history, line movement, and multiple books are all telling the same story.

That’s possible. The interesting part is BetMGM’s data didn’t show a flood of Padres money either. The move from ATL -161 to -133 looked more like the market correcting the opener than reacting to overwhelming public action. That’s why I’m starting to focus more on odds history + market confirmation across books than splits alone. When the line and multiple books tell the same story, that’s where I think the strongest edges are.

🎯 Sharp Scope Official Plays ⚾ MLB | 2 Official Plays ⭐ 1 Unit – Cardinals ML (-105) The market has continued to move toward St. Louis throughout the day. Despite only 54% of tickets backing the Cardinals, they’re drawing 85% of the money, and the line has shifted from the Angels being the stronger favorite to nearly a coin flip. The betting splits and odds movement are telling the same story, making this our strongest position on today’s board. ⭐ 1 Unit – Pirates ML (+100) This is our favorite contrarian spot of the day. The Yankees are still attracting the majority of public tickets, yet the line has moved in Pittsburgh’s favor from around Yankees -125 to -118. Combined with the Pirates receiving the larger share of the money, this is the type of reverse line movement we look to capitalize on.

@WizBetz Tough to argue with Milwaukee’s form. My question is whether the market has finally caught up after this move. At -185 I understood it. At -220 it’s a different conversation.

WizBetz' Wisconsin Wagon🚂🧀 Milwaukee Brewers Moneyline (-184 FD / -185 HR / -185 CZR | 1.3 units) Massive mispriced line here vs the Mets in Milwaukee. Brewers just swept the Marlins, and have been the best team in the NL at home. Miz is on the mound and has not given up more than 1 ER since April at home. However, DO NOT BET ANY MIZ OVERS! There is a decent chance we see a limit on Miz, as he wasn’t supposed to be pitching coming out of the All-Star Break. I wouldn’t take under 8.5 Ks, cuz it’s Miz, but I do lean it slightly. As for the Mets, Freddy Peralta will be making his first start vs the Brewers in his entire career. You know the Brewers bats will be motivated to crush him. Also, side note, I will be at this game. Expect live bets

Monday's Free Pick: Tampa Bay Rays +145 The Tampa Bay Rays ran into the current juggernaut that is the Boston Red Sox over the weekend and got swept. Now they face a struggling Toronto Blue Jays team to get back on track, and the value on the Rays as big underdogs here is too good to pass up. The Blue Jays are 1-4 in their last five games overall and scored a total of one run in their last two games against the Chicago White Sox over the weekend. The Rays are 5-1 in their last six meetings with the Blue Jays. Nick Martinez has been too good this season to be this big of an underdog. He is 8-2 with a 2.65 ERA and 1.12 WHIP in 18 starts for the Rays. Martinez has done his best work on the road, going 2-1 with a 2.12 ERA and 1.07 WHIP in eight starts away from home. He held the Blue Jays to one earned run in 5 innings of a 5-1 victory in his lone start against them this season. No question Dylan Cease is having a great season in Toronto. But Cease is 1-3 with a 4.54 ERA and 1.49 WHIP in eight career starts against the Rays. He has allowed 20 earned runs and 59 base runners in 39 2/3 innings in those eight starts. Bet the Rays Monday.

📊 Sharp Scope Market Update | Today’s Card 📈 Totals We’re Targeting 🔥 Marlins vs. Astros Over 9 (+100) Action shows 52% of bets but 76% of Pro Money on the over. Books repeatedly moved between 8.5 and 9, with heavy juice on Over 8.5 before returning to 9. Strong indication respected money preferred the over whenever the lower number was available. 🔥 Dodgers vs. Phillies Over 8.5 Only 46% of tickets, but 67% of Pro Money on the over. Books gradually increased the price on the over rather than immediately moving to 9. Quiet but consistent support throughout the day.

📊 Sharp Scope Market Update | Today’s Card Spent the morning breaking down today’s slate using Action Network’s Pro Money, betting splits, and line movement. We’re moving away from relying on models and focusing on what the market is actually telling us. 💰 Reverse Line Movement These are the games that stood out the most. 🎯 Reds ML Only 19% of bets on Cincinnati. 40% of Pro Money backing the Reds. Seattle opened around -167 and has dropped into the -140s despite drawing over 80% of tickets. That’s one of the strongest reverse line movement signals on today’s board. 🎯 Pirates ML Yankees are taking the majority of tickets. Pittsburgh is attracting a much larger share of Pro Money than ticket count would suggest. New York has become cheaper throughout the day, another sign the market is resisting public action. 🎯 White Sox ML Roughly 22% of bets on Chicago. 51% of Pro Money on the White Sox. Texas has moved from approximately -173 to -166 while nearly 80% of tickets remain on the Rangers. Ugly on paper, but exactly the type of underdog profile we’re looking to identify.
