My current testosterone support supplement stack:
Shilajit - 250mg AM & PM daily
Tongkat Ali - 400mg daily (cycling 4 weeks on, 1 week off)
Boron - 6mg AM & PM daily
Magnesium (multiple forms) - over 1.5G total daily
Zinc Bisglycinate - 50mg daily
Beef Liver capsules - 3G daily for copper to maintain copper/zinc balance

Last time I tested my testosterone levels were 830 in February when I wasn’t getting as much sunlight & hadn’t yet added Shilajit. Will be retesting in August to see if they’ve improved.
