My current testosterone support supplement stack: Shilajit - 250mg AM & PM daily Tongkat Ali - 400mg daily (cycling 4 weeks on, 1 week off) Boron - 6mg AM & PM daily Magnesium (multiple forms) - over 1.5G total daily Zinc Bisglycinate - 50mg daily Beef Liver capsules - 3G daily for copper to maintain copper/zinc balance Copious amounts of sunlight to maintain Vitamin D and make sure nutrients are properly absorbed All of the above is natural - lifestyle, herbal medicines, and vitamins/micronutrients. I’ve felt absolutely nothing but positive side effects. Last time I tested my testosterone levels were 830 in February when I wasn’t getting as much sunlight & hadn’t yet added Shilajit. Will be retesting in August to see if they’ve improved. Male testosterone levels are on a rapid decline. Low levels make it hard to lose fat & build muscle, can lead to low motivation levels, and cause mental health issues. You need to get your levels tested and take action to optimize them if you want to maximize your fitness results and be healthy.
