10 yrs daily concentration practice. The part manifestation skips: your state. Markets, attention, reading both without flinching. Not advice.

SATS works. Here's the layer Neville couldn't name 80 years ago. When you fall asleep, your brain transitions through theta (4–8 Hz). That window is when imprints bypass the analytical filter and access the subconscious directly. SATS is a theta-access technique — without knowing the neuroscience behind why. The ladder experiment isn't supernatural either. SATS primes "ladder" into subconscious. The daytime "I will NOT climb a ladder" actually reinforces the priming — the brain has to imagine the ladder to evaluate the negation. Attention then filters toward ladder situations, and behavior follows. Why most people still fail at SATS: they crash from over-stimulated beta straight to delta and skip the theta window. Daily concentration practice is what builds reliable access. The technique works. The state is the variable.

Quick mechanics, because this is backwards. Berkshire didn't dump Japanese bonds. It issued its own bonds denominated in yen — meaning it borrowed yen. They've done this since 2019. Why: borrowing yen to hold yen assets is a currency hedge. It funds their stakes in the Japanese trading houses and Tokio Marine. Assets and liabilities in the same currency. So the action isn't "he's fleeing Japan." It's the opposite — continued funding of a Japan position, done right through the Iran-driven JGB volatility. The move is real. The conspiracy is just issuing read as dumping.

PCE printed 3.8% headline, 3.3% core. The timeline will read "inflation is back." Look closer. Core was +0.2% on the month — below expectations, slower than March. The hot part is mostly the energy shock feeding through, not broad demand. So what actually moves today isn't inflation. It's everyone's certainty about the Fed — and a lot of positioning was quietly leaning on a pivot people had started treating as guaranteed. That borrowed certainty is the real exposure. Not the headline. One print is a data point, not a regime. The year-over-year number is loud. The monthly trend is the tell.

BREAKING: April PCE inflation, the Fed's preferred inflation measure, rises to 3.8%, the highest since May 2023. Core PCE inflation rises to 3.3%, the highest since October 2023. The Fed's top inflation metric is nearly double their target. Inflation is back in full-swing.

Three assets that don't share fundamentals dropping together in a day is rarely three stories. It's usually one: crowded leverage getting flushed. Count the explanations already circulating — dollar, profit-taking, rates. They can't all be THE reason. The move came first; the narrative is reverse-engineered to fit. "Why today" is rarely the useful question. "Did the weekly structure break, or did a crowded trade just get loud" — that one you can act on.

The wall-of-worry framework holds. One refinement, because it bites hardest in this exact kind of rally: Surveyed sentiment and behavioral sentiment aren't the same reading — and a lockout rally is where they diverge most. People tell a survey they're cautious while their behavior gets stretched: adding on every dip, checking the chart more, reaching for the phone on a 3% red candle. The survey says "less bullish." The behavior says the opposite. The sentiment reading that matters isn't what you say about the market. It's how your body reacts to it.

he market continues pushing to new all-time highs, yet sentiment is actually becoming LESS bullish — a classic hallmark of a powerful “lockout rally” that climbs the proverbial Wall of Worry. Despite the strength in stocks, investor optimism has not reached extreme levels, and the economy remains in a sweet spot: not overheating into runaway inflation, yet not slipping toward recession either. That combination continues to support the secular bull market backdrop. minervini.com

A statement from Rubio can't erase value. It can only reveal which positions were leaning on something that hadn't happened yet. The market didn't react to Rubio's words. It reacted to how much certainty the crowd had already borrowed against a deal that was never actually promised.

Rubio didn't change much today. He said a deal isn't finalized — which was always true. What changed is how many positions had quietly priced in that it was. The print isn't the event. The event is the crowd discovering what its conviction was actually built on. Sit with your own reaction before you act on it. That reaction is the position — not the news.

CRASH 🩸 $400,000,000,000 has been wiped out from US stocks in just 90 minutes after Marco Rubio signaled that Iran ceasefire and Strait of Hormuz negotiations are still far from finalized. One statement just erased nearly half a trillion dollars from the market.

Bad news doesn't happen at the top. Bad news happens constantly. It just gets believed at the top — because by then the structure is already fragile, and a fragile market needs a story for the fall it was always going to take. The top isn't caused by the news. The top creates the conditions where the news finally gets the power to move price. A market doesn't need a reason to fall. It only needs no buyers left. The reason is added afterward — for the people who can't hold a fall with no villain. $SPY bitcoin:native

Three reasons manifestation usually fails: 1. Done from beta state (no subconscious access) 2. Visualization is too vague to update identity patterns 3. Done occasionally, not as daily protocol Fix all three. Different result.

The hardest part of daily practice isn't the sitting. It's the morning where nothing settles, and you sit anyway. And the next morning. And the one after. Most people quit when the practice goes flat. The depth is just behind the flatness.

The 5 brainwave states, in plain English: - Gamma: intense focus, problem-solving - Beta: normal waking - Alpha: relaxed, mild meditation - Theta: deep meditation, just before sleep - Delta: deep dreamless sleep You can't manifest from beta. You can from theta. That's the entire premise of every method that actually works.

"Demand at a 4-month low" is a measurement. "Liquidity is drying up" is a story laid on top of it. The story lands hardest on accounts that need price to keep moving to feel okay about their position. Quiet demand doesn't threaten conviction. It only threatens anxiety wearing a directional bias.

The affirmation isn't the missing variable. The state you affirm from is. Say it while anxious, checking, needing it to land — that's not a decision, it's a wish with tension in it. The nervous system is contradicting the sentence faster than you can repeat it. Say it from deep stillness — theta, the state underneath ordinary thinking — and there's no contradiction left to cancel it out. Same words. Different state. That's the whole gap.

Stop thinking logical. You don’t need to be realistic. Manifestation isn’t logical, it’s your true nature. It’s something that you have been doing your whole life. You’re just selecting what you actually want to experience rather than fall victim to your negative thoughts. The law doesn’t pick and choose. Nobody is an exception to it. There are no rules. There are no limits. Only what you tell yourself and accept as true in your own reality. If you want to change something then you need to change your thoughts. You need to decide (affirm) that you have exactly what you want and stick to it (keep affirming). You’re only one consistent decision away from the reality that you want. You’re the only one ever in control. The law is always working in your favor.

"Darkness" is already a label — and a vague one. What's usually on the cushion is something specific: a craving, an aversion, a dull fog. A distinction from my own practice: noticing a state and naming it are two different acts. The name is a second moment — a concept laid over the raw experience. Awareness is the first moment. It sees the state arise and sees it pass, before any word. You don't need the label to watch something dissolve. And the label can quietly start standing in for the seeing itself.

THE BUDDHIST PATH OF MINDFUL ILLUMINATION In the quiet sanctuary of meditation, when the mind turns inward, darkness may arise—not as an enemy, but as a sacred visitor. The quote whispers ancient wisdom: “If darkness appears while you meditate, bring awareness to it until even the darkness becomes light.” From the Buddhist perspective, this is the practice of vipassana—clear seeing. Darkness here represents the shadows of the mind: unresolved emotions, fear, grief, or the heavy veil of ignorance (avijja). Rather than fleeing or suppressing it, we sit with equanimity. We observe the darkness without judgment, labeling it gently—“darkness, darkness”—and holding it in the light of bare awareness. As mindfulness deepens, impermanence reveals itself. The darkness is not solid; it shifts, breathes, and dissolves. What once felt oppressive becomes transparent. In this process, we touch the truth of sunyata—emptiness. Darkness and light are not opposites but interdependent. The Buddha taught that suffering arises from aversion; by embracing the dark with loving-kindness (metta), it transforms. The heart softens, insight dawns, and what was void fills with luminous clarity. This is the alchemy of meditation: turning the lead of inner turmoil into the gold of awakening. Next time darkness visits your cushion, bow to it. Stay present. Watch as it reveals its true nature—empty, fleeting, and ultimately radiant. The path is not to escape the dark, but to illuminate it from within. May your practice be steady. May all beings find light in their shadows. ✨🙌🏽💫

The mechanism behind it is worth knowing — it makes the practice more impressive, not less. Sustained rhythmic sound around 4–7 Hz nudges brain activity toward theta. Drumming, chanting, repetitive song all converge on that band. No EEGs, no theory — just thousands of years of trial and error, and the result encoded into ritual so it would survive. Modern theta research is mostly rediscovering the doorway, not inventing it.

The space-ETF line is the real signal — and it has a name this week: front-running the SpaceX S-1 that just went public. The part most will miss: those ETFs don't hold SpaceX. It's private until the June listing. The $1.3B is buying the sympathy basket — Rocket Lab and the rest — betting on a halo re-rating, not on the structure of what's in the fund. Interesting That's narrative flow in its purest form: positioning for a story, into names that don't contain the story. Coinbase IPO'd April 2021. The adjacents ran into it and faded after. The "early 2021" comp in these numbers isn't a coincidence.

Last week: biggest alt season ever. This week: Iran war, 5% yields, sell everything. Two weeks. Three certainties. None survived seven days. The line I drew weeks ago hasn’t moved. BTC 81,300 → 75,528 — tracking it. Not confirmation yet. Confirmation is a daily close under 70,000. Invalidation is a close back above 82,000. The chart doesn’t need a story. It needs price.

Worth separating two things the whole debate blurs. "Kill the ego" — in any serious contemplative tradition — was never about removing drive, preference, or capability. That's a pop mistranslation. The functional self stays fully operational. What practice loosens is the contraction: the grip that needs the outcome, needs to be right. McConaughey nails half of it. But notice his own tell — "no one judges me harder than I judge myself." That harsh inner judge is just the jumbotron he warned about, turned inward. Still sourcing the self from a verdict. Healthy isn't a balanced ego. It's full capability with nothing to defend.

Matthew McConaughey straight up defended ego on Theo Von's podcast and honestly kinda blew my mind. He said ego gets trashed too much. There's the toxic "look at me" version, sure. But the real one? That inner "I" where you know you're prepared, capable, and willing to go for it. The confidence that comes from judging yourself harder than anyone else. Without that, you got no real identity or direction. This hit me. I spent years thinking killing the ego was the move. Now I'm rethinking it. That healthy drive feels necessary. We've gone from arrogant show-offs to everyone acting fake-humble. A balanced ego might be what actually keeps you grounded and moving forward. Do you see ego as mostly toxic, or can the healthy version actually push you to be better?
